Controller
This website is operated by Joana Cherubin, under the name Glow with Jo, in the United Kingdom.
If you contact me, I become the controller of the personal data you choose to send.

What data I collect
I do not collect personal data directly through forms on the website.
You may choose to contact me via:

  • Email (opens your email client with my address pre-filled) or glowwithjo25@gmail.com

In both cases you provide the data voluntarily (e.g. your name, phone number, email, message content).

The website also loads:

  • Google Analytics 4 (usage statistics)
  • Meta / Facebook Pixel (marketing & retargeting)
  • Google Maps embed (location map)
  • Review widget (e.g. Trustpilot or similar)

Emails / WhatsApp messages — kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation or legal interest.
